Registration

Participation in the conference is subject to pre-registration. The registration form is available on the MATE Georgikon Campus website. Please provide your contact details for easier communication. The given information will be used in accordance with the privacy policy. In first step, the registration becomes valid upon submitting an abstract at least 1800 and maximum 3600 characters in length.

The abstract is the summary of the applicant's scientific work, an introduction to the background of the research, the purpose of the scientific research, the research question, finally a brief summary of the results obtained so far and the further possibilities, without citations, in accordance with the uniform requirements of manuscripts. Providing five keywords that describe the topic is also mandatory. Submission of the abstract is only possible via the registration interface. The organisers do not have the means to handle applications sent by e-mail and other communication channels.

Deadline of registration, abstract submission and the payment of registration fee: April 22, 2024 (Monday), 12 p.m. 

The language of the conference is English and Hungarian, registration is possible / welcome with a presentation and a poster. The abstracts submitted for the conference are going to be published in an abstract booklet with ISBN number, while full papers in a peer-reviewed electronic proceeding (Georgikon for Agriculture). Publication requirements and deadlines for submission to the will be announced at the conference. All abstracts will be subject to a proofreading process, for which the Organising Committee is responsible. Applicants receive an electronic notification about the result abstract evaluation result by 30 April 2024. If the Organising Committee is not satisfied with the essential scientific criteria of the abstract, it leads to the rejection of the application. Detailed information on possible rejections can be obtained from the Organising Committee. There are no gaps in the application file, late registration is not accepted.
