- Friday lunch: 3.500 Ft
- Friday evening reception: 11.000 Ft
- Saturday lunch: 3.500 Ft (accompanying day without sections)
- Saturday dinner: 3.500 Ft
- Participation at the conference – without meals – is free of charge for MATE students, PhD students and staff
After the abstract has been accepted, the Georgikon Foundation issues an invoice to the applicant, to the billing address provided by the applicant, based on the chosen registration package. The organisers will not be able to refund the registration fee in case of absence of participation in the conference.
